General Manager (Part-Time) – Perspire Sauna Studio

Perspire Sauna Studio is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our studio. This is a part-time leadership role (20–25 hours per week) focused on team management, organization, and ensuring the business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage studio staff, providing ongoing support, accountability, and coaching
- Oversee daily operations to ensure a consistent, high-quality guest experience
- Manage studio communications, including responding to emails in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain and update spreadsheets, reports, and internal tracking systems
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage
- Order and manage inventory and supplies
- Host monthly team meetings to align staff and maintain accountability
- Participate in weekly meetings with the owner to review performance and operations
- Ensure the studio remains clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards
- Attend regular Zoom meetings with the franchise representative
Qualifications:
- Previous management or leadership experience preferred
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic reporting tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay detail-oriented
- Dependable, proactive, and able to take ownership of operations
Compensation & Benefits:
- $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience
