We are preparing to open our doors to welcome guests next month and looking for positive, confident, result-oriented team members who love to connect with people.
Membership & Guest Services Associate will drive membership growth, build community partnerships, and deliver first-class studio experience. This role blends consultative sales, and hospitality-level service in a performance-based environment.

Here's what you’ll be doing:
· Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energy
Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere

· Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
· Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
· Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
· Administer studio tours for new guests
· Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
· Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area

Answer all questions about services and the facility

Compensation
· Base Pay: $17 - $19 (based on experience)
· Commission on membership and package sales
