- Hourly Pay plus commission based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthly

Here's what you need to bring:

Here's what you’ll be doing:
- Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere
- Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energy
- Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
- Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
- Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
- Administer studio tours for new guests
- Answer all questions about services and the facility
- Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
- Must have ability to be on your feet for 4-5 hour shifts, bend down frequently, and lift up to 20lbs.
